Requirements
- Provide friendly, attentive guest service while maintaining Chick-fil-A standards
- Manage daily catering operations, including order intake, preparation, and delivery coordination
- Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure accurate, timely catering orders
- Maintain strong communication with guests to confirm menu selections, quantities, delivery times, and special requests
- Handle catering scheduling, documentation, and order details with accuracy
- Train, coach, and support catering staff and assist with coverage planning as needed
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and food safety practices throughout the catering process
- Ensure inventory levels are managed to prevent shortages and reduce waste
- Process catering payments and resolve customer concerns in a professional manner
- Uphold brand policies, safety procedures, and cleanliness standards in all catering areas
- Assist with event setup, serving, and breakdown for off-site or special catering functions
- Lift, carry, and manage catering supplies and trays as needed in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain a dependable attendance record and be available for flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends as required
- Must be 21 or older upon hire date
