To continue the legacy of Goodwood Park, we are looking for dynamic and committed candidates to join our Catering Sales Department.

Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, your job responsibilities include, but not limited to:-

Responsibilities

• Review and update all bookings in the 14-day forecast report and submit to the operation team before the weekly catering meeting.

• Prepare event orders and daily circulation of event orders and amendments.

• Prepare proposals for weddings and corporate/non-corporate segments’ enquiries.

• Assists and support the sales managers for their events’ requirements such as processing the menu (events & food tasting), food tasting comments form, place cards, tent cards, reservations, car passes etc.

• Handle walk-in guests and assist with last-minute events from our in-house guests.

• Pick up the department hotlines and managers’ phone calls. Assist the guests accordingly with the package prices and/or requirements accordingly.

• Maintain the supply of stationery, business cards, wedding invitation cards, etc.

• Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Management.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Hospitality, Business, or related fields.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Customer-focused with strong attention to detail.

• Able to commence work within short notice would be advantageous.
