Catering Sales Coordinator NF-04

This position is located at Carlisle Barracks, Pennsylvania. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid.

Plans, develops, and implements sales programs for Club systems in the MWR facilities.

Ensure activities are in accordance to the developed sales objectives, and ensure execution of the developed sales strategies, plans and advertising or promotional programs.

Evaluate new product and market opportunities, and provide analysis to management for decision making.

Develop pricing policy and price lists for all catering events; work with Managers to ensure proper billings for events; explain and justify charges to clients.

Recommend and develop office systems to track clients and types of services performed; analyze trends and potential for repeat business; prepare reports setting forth conclusions and recommendations
