- Oversee catering sales, banquet operations, and event planning while ensuring client satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Manage and grow catering sales by building strong relationships with corporate clients, wedding planners, and local organizations.
- Perform weekly prospecting and outside sales calls to acquire new business and continue to build client base.
- Complete weekly sales recap documentation and Delphi activity reports.
- Plan and execute successful events, from corporate meetings to social gatherings, ensuring seamless service.
- Work closely with the banquet team to ensure flawless event execution and high guest satisfaction.
- Utilize Delphi for event planning and BEO (Banquet Event Order) management.
- Use Stay PMS for room block management and coordinating group reservations.
- Prepare and manage catering contracts, proposals, and invoices.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and banquet staff to customize menus and service plans.
- Monitor event logistics, including setup, service, and breakdown.
- Maintain compliance with Marriott brand standards, health regulations, and safety guidelines.
