Catering Staff

General Summary:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting with set-ups, clean-ups, and general catering facilitation for the Resch Complex.

Job Duties:

• Demonstrates and embodies the PMI Entertainment Group Culture and Customer Service values.
• Responsible for assisting in the coordination, correct set-up, and implementation of catering events.
• Ensures high quality food product is delivered and served to patrons in a professional and timely manner.
• Responsible for following state and local health laws pertaining to the storage, handling, preparation and dispensing of food and beverages.
• Maintains proper image and generates positive rapport with patrons and staff.
• Makes sure all transactions are carried out in accordance with Company guidelines.
