Catering Staff

Job Purpose:
- The Catering Staff at Wiley University will be responsible for delivering exceptional food service experiences to students, faculty, and guests. This role involves preparing, serving, and maintaining food and beverage offerings at various college events, ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and set up food service areas for college events, including buffets, receptions, and meetings.
- Serve food and beverages to attendees, ensuring courteous and efficient service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of catering areas before, during, and after events.
- Assist in the preparation of menu items, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with the catering team to ensure timely and accurate execution of event requirements.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or needs to the Catering Manager.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of equipment and supplies for events.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance service skills and knowledge of menu offerings.
