【工作內容】
1｜協助專案現場施工管理及執行
2｜協調業主、監造、承包商、分包商及供應商等相關介面事項
3｜追蹤工程進度、施工品質及現場作業狀況
4｜參與現場會勘、施工會議及協調會議
5｜製作日報、週報、會議紀錄及相關工程文件
6｜協助辦理工作許可、施工申請及文件管理作業
7｜協助專案/Operation經理及工程團隊進行專案執行與現場協調
8｜配合專案需求至工地、港區、船舶及其他工程現場執行業務

【職務需求】

• 專科以上學歷，工程相關科系尤佳
• 熟悉 Microsoft Office（Excel、Word、PowerPoint、Outlook）
• 具良好溝通協調能力、責任感及團隊合作精神
• 具普通小型車駕照
• 可配合國內出差及專案派駐需求
• 具備英文閱讀、書寫及基本口語溝通能力
• 工作期間需經常使用英文與國外客戶、船舶人員及承包商溝通
• TOEIC 650分以上或具同等英文能力者佳
• 具閱讀英文技術文件及撰寫基本英文報告能力者佳

具海事工程、海纜工程、離岸風電、港口工程或相關工程經驗
具職業安全衛生、急救、GWO等相關證照
具工程專案管理或現場管理經驗者佳

【工作地點】
台中港及國內/ 離島、各專案現場

Job Responsibilities
1｜Assist in daily site operations and project execution activities.
2｜Coordinate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
3｜Monitor project progress, construction quality, and site activities.
4｜Attend site inspections, construction meetings, and coordination meetings.
5｜Prepare daily reports, weekly reports, meeting minutes, and project documentation.
6｜Support work permit applications, site documentation, and project administration tasks.
7｜Assist Project Managers and Engineers in project execution and site coordination.
8｜Travel to project sites, ports, vessels, and other work locations as required.

Requirements

• College degree or above, preferably in Engineering or related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; relevant site experience is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license and able to drive independently.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally as required by project assignments.
• Good English reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Able to communicate with foreign clients, vessel personnel, contractors, and suppliers in English.
• TOEIC score of 650 or above (or equivalent English proficiency) is preferred.
• Ability to read technical documents and prepare basic reports in English.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in marine construction, submarine cable, offshore wind, port operations, or related engineering projects.
Occupational safety, first aid, GWO, or related certifications.
Experience in project coordination or site supervision is preferred.

Work Location
Taichung Port and various project sites in Taiwan.
