CBK-Warehouse Assistant Manager

Job Summary:
HR MGMT 10, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Assistant Manager to support the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient inventory management, coordinating shipments, supervising warehouse staff, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in warehouse operations and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily warehouse functions, including receiving, storing, and distributing inventory.

• Supervise, train, and support warehouse staff to ensure productivity and compliance with company policies.

• Monitor inventory levels, conduct audits, and manage stock control processes to prevent shortages or overstocking.

• Coordinate shipping and receiving operations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.

• Maintain compliance with OSHA standards and enforce workplace safety protocols.

• Assist in scheduling, workflow optimization, and performance evaluations for warehouse employees.

• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, when necessary.

• Address operational issues and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

• Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and well-maintained.

• Prepare reports on warehouse performance, inventory discrepancies, and staffing needs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business, or related field preferred).

• 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, with supervisory experience preferred.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with inventory management systems and warehouse procedures.

• Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse machinery.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software.

• Knowledge of workplace safety and compliance regulations.
