CCAI Delivery Lead - Telesales & Data Pipelines

ScottishPower, part of the Iberdrola Group, is seeking a Senior Database and Analysis Manager in Blantyre to lead the end-to-end design, configuration and deployment of Call Centre AI within the telesales environment. You will optimise performance, integrate AI-driven insights into Sales Operations and identify new data sources to drive efficiency.

The role requires strong experience with CCAI in sales, advanced data engineering capabilities and knowledge of call-centre technologies.
