CCNA Network Support Specialist (Local Only Philippines)
Salary: ₱40.000 – ₱60.000 per month
About the role
Arbeit Group is currently looking for a CCNA Network Support Specialist to join an enterprise network operations team supporting critical network infrastructure and day-to-day operations.
Key responsibilities
Provide first-level support for WAN, wired/wireless LAN, and voice network environments
Handle deployment, installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and incident resolution activities
Monitor network devices, services, and applications using enterprise monitoring tools
Assist in implementation projects, testing activities, and hardware acceptance processes
Support Cisco network environments and participate in operational improvement initiatives
Manage ITSM tickets, network documentation, device inventory, and reporting activities
Coordinate with technical teams, service providers, and stakeholders during issue resolution
Provide on-site support and preventive maintenance activities when required
About you
Valid Cisco CCNA Certification
Bachelor's Degree in an IT-related field
Minimum 1 year of experience supporting wired or wireless network environments
Experience with Cisco network devices and enterprise networking concepts
Knowledge of SD-WAN, network monitoring tools, and IT service management processes
Familiarity with Cisco ACI, Cisco DNA Center, and enterprise network operations is an advantage
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
Willing to work onsite and support operational activities
