CCNP Network Engineer / Technical Supervisor
Salary: ₱55.000 – ₱80.000 per month
About the role
The CCNP Engineer will act as the senior technical authority on the project, responsible for designing, deploying, and commissioning Cisco network solutions while providing Level 2/3 support and technical leadership to the on-site team.
Key responsibilities
Design and implement enterprise data center, campus, and wireless network solutions.
Deploy and commission Cisco technologies including Catalyst 9600, 9500, 9300, and 9200 Series, Cisco Catalyst 9800 Wireless Controllers, Cisco Catalyst 9100 Access Points, Cisco ISE, and Cisco ACI (Nexus 9K, APIC, NDO).
Deploy Cisco Unified Communications Manager and Voice Gateway Solutions.
Implement and integrate Cisco DNA Center, ThousandEyes, and AppDynamics solutions.
Produce technical documentation including MOPs, test plans, acceptance tests, and implementation guides.
Support commissioning, troubleshooting, and vendor escalation activities.
Deliver knowledge transfer and technical training to customer teams.
Lead CCNP and CCNA teams and oversee solution quality (Technical Supervisors).
About you
Current and valid Cisco CCNP Certification (mandatory).
Technical Supervisor candidates may possess CCNP or CCDP certifications.
Minimum 2 years of project implementation experience involving Cisco Wired, Wireless, Voice, or Security technologies.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Willing to work on enterprise infrastructure deployment projects.
