Position Overview

The CCTV / Camera Monitoring Operator is responsible for overseeing live and recorded video surveillance systems, identifying unusual activity, and reporting incidents promptly. This position requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to make quick, sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage from multiple locations to detect suspicious behavior or security concerns.
• Accurately document and report incidents, alarms, and activities to supervisors and field personnel.
• Communicate promptly and clearly with on-site security officers and management regarding potential threats.
• Operate and maintain CCTV systems and other security monitoring equipment.
• Ensure all equipment is functioning correctly and report any technical issues immediately.
• Assist law enforcement or emergency responders when needed by providing video evidence or situational updates.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive footage or information.
• Work cooperatively with other team members to maintain a safe and secure environment for all clients.
