Summary
M&E IT engineer who installs, configures, tests and maintains CCTV, access control, PA and alarm systems plus server/network infrastructure on client projects in Singapore, including on-site troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and client training. Core tech: Cisco, Aruba and Allied Telesis networking equipment.
Salary: $2,800 – $4,000 per month

About the role
M&E IT Engineer role involving project and maintenance services related to CCTV Systems, Access Control Systems, PA Systems, Alarm Systems and Server & Network Infrastructure.
Key responsibilities
Involve in the project and maintenance services related with CCTV Systems, Access Control Systems, PA Systems, Alarm Systems and Server & Network Infrastructure and whenever required
Perform Installation, Implementation, Configuration and testing of system/storage equipment & setup
Troubleshoot Problem encountered on site
Develop implementation plan, migration plan, and acceptance test plan for the project
Work closely with Project/Maintenance Managers in Planning the implementation tasks
Configure access control systems, including electronic locks, card readers, biometric scanners, and control panels
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on access control systems to ensure optimal performance
Diagnose and resolve issues with access control hardware and software, including system malfunctions, wiring issues, and connectivity problems
Install, update, and manage access control software, ensuring that all systems are up-to-date and compliant with security protocols
Provide technical support and training to clients on the operation and management of access control systems
About you
Minimum diploma in IT/Network/Electrical/Mechanical or equivalent
Strong knowledge of Routers/Switches architecture and software upgrade procedure
Experience in supporting Network infrastructure Projects
Perform Installation and troubleshooting on network devices like Cisco, Aruba and Allied Telesis
Support Network infrastructure Projects
Provide support to resolve network incidents and issues
CCNA/CCNP Certification will be an added advantage
Working time : Mon- Sat 9:00am - 6:00pm
