Responsibilities
- Work with customers to understand their needs and assist them throughout the vehicle purchase process
- Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles
- Stay up to date on current inventory, vehicle features, incentives, and financing options
- Follow up with customers and internet leads in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activities in the CRM
- Provide a positive experience from the initial contact through the sale and delivery
- Work with the sales team and management to achieve monthly sales goals
