Job Details

• Dedicated regional battery delivery account
• Starting location: Atlanta, GA
• Deliver palletized auto batteries with multi-stop routes
• Service area includes Georgia, Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Florida
• Driver unloads using a liftgate and electric pallet jack
• Assigned automatic Freightliner sleeper cabs
• Hazmat endorsement required within 60 days of hire, with endorsement assistance available

Job Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years
• Must be at least 22 years old
• Must obtain a Hazmat endorsement within 60 days of hire
• No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years, subject to restrictions
• No more than 1 DOT-recordable preventable accident in the past 3 years
• FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse profile required before hire
• Must meet federal English-language proficiency requirements
• Clean driving record
• Valid DOT Medical Card
• No SAP drivers
• Ability to safely operate liftgate equipment and electric pallet jacks
