$5,000 Sign-On Bonus
The sign-on bonus is paid in four installments based on continuous employment:
- $500 after completing 90 days
- $1,000 after completing 180 days
- $1,500 after completing 270 days
- $2,000 after completing 365 days
You must be actively employed on each applicable payment date to receive that installment. Bonus payments are subject to applicable taxes and payroll withholdings. If employment ends before a milestone is reached, any remaining unpaid installments will be forfeited.

Efficiently, energetically and independently, our drivers ensure the quality standards that make us stand out from our competition by:
- Promptly arriving at yard to pickup truck and supplies
- Service and clean portable restrooms (˜50% driving, ˜50% servicing)
- Communicate with dispatchers and customers
- Expect 10+ hour days, with OT and weekends during busy seasons
- Physically demanding: lifting, reaching, bending
