Main Hub / Operations Base Windsor, CT — dispatches launch directly out of the Windsor DC (authorized parking allowed at local brand store sites or regional terminals).

Earnings & Bonus Structure

• $1,600 – $1,850 average weekly pay ($104k+ annual baseline)
• $2,500+ top weekly earning potential for high-volume unloaders
• $2,500 Sign-On Bonus ($250 paid on load #1)
• $0.73 to $0.76 base CPM (up to $1.89 effective CPM)
• $240 per trailer offload pay
• $75 per backhaul & $250 extra for NYC borough drops (using 26-ft pup trailers)
• $150/day orientation ride-along pay (1–3 days)

Lanes & Cargo Setup

• Store delivery routes across CT, MA, NH, VT, NY, RI, and ME
• ~900 miles per week across 3 dedicated loads
• 100% physical offload: piece-by-piece unloading down gravity roller ramps into stores
• Orientation Note: Bring 2 weeks of road gear to orientation for immediate dispatch

Schedule & Home Time

• Flexible home breaks: weekly 34-hour resets OR daily 10-hour home resets depending on route assignment
• Night driving dispatches, weekend shifts, and holiday peak availability required

Driver Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 months of verified Class A tractor-trailer experience in the last 36 months (3 years)
• Pass mandatory pre-employment dual-panel hair follicle & urine drug tests
• Clean MVR and valid DOT Medical Card
