We are hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated Dollar Tree account. Earn competitive weekly pay while hauling retail freight across multiple states, with a weekly home-time schedule and automatic sleeper trucks.

Pay & Earnings

• Average weekly pay: $1,600
• Top weekly pay: $1,800
• Average annual pay: $83,200
• Top annual pay: $93,600
• Additional pay for mileage and unloading
• Stop and backhaul pay available

Schedule & Home Time

• Home weekly with a 34-hour reset
• Approximately 1,500 miles per week
• Typically 3 loads per week, with around 3 stops per load
• Drivers must have a safe, secure place to park the truck at home or nearby

Routes & Freight

• Dedicated Dollar Tree account
• Deliveries from West Memphis to Texas, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Kentucky, Illinois, and Alabama
• Touch freight; drivers unload using roto-carts and lift gates
• Physical unloading is required

Equipment

• Automatic sleeper trucks
• 53-foot dry van trailers

Job Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years
• Must be at least 22 years old
• No SAP drivers
• Must be able to safely unload freight using a liftgate and electric pallet jack
