Main Yard / Starting Location Ashley, IN — dispatches originate out of the local distribution terminal (must have safe/secure parking at home or an approved guarded lot).

Pay Details

• $1,700 – $1,850 average weekly gross ($80,000–$115,000+ yearly)
• $2,200 top weekly earning potential for high-volume unloaders
• $0.85 to $0.88 CPM (scaled by driving experience)
• $335 per trailer unloaded
• $30 per backhaul load
• $2,500 Sign-On Bonus ($250 paid on load #1)
• 1 week of paid onboarding/training at $150/day

Job Details

• Dedicated regional retail account
• ~1,110 miles per week across roughly 3 loads
• 3 to 5 store drops per run
• 100% driver hand-unload: box-by-box offloading down gravity roller chutes into store receiving rooms
• Regional lanes cover IN, MI, IL, OH, and WI

Shift Details

• Home 3 to 4 times every week (10-hour resets roughly every other shift)
• Early morning store drop schedules requiring overnight driving dispatches

Job Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience within the past 36 months (no entry-level trainees)
• Comfortable with 100% physical hand-offload duties
• Pass mandatory pre-employment dual-panel hair follicle & urine drug screens
• Clean driving record & valid DOT Medical Card
• Safe/secure parking setup (guarded lot or camera-monitored location required)
