Route Details & Freight Handling
- Weekly Mileage: Log 1,000 to 1,500 miles weekly (dispatching 3–5 loads per week with 5–7 stops daily).
- Equipment: Modern slip-seat day-cab tractors dispatching out of the Monroe, OH hub (ZIP 45044).
- Cargo Work: No manual hand-stacking. 70% of loads are standard drop-and-hook; the remaining 30% is offloaded smoothly using electric pallet jacks.
Schedule & Reset Rhythm
- Daily Home Time: Finish your shift and sleep in your own bed every day.
- Workweek: 5-day schedule with 2 dedicated days off per week.
- Dispatch Windows: Late morning to midday start times (typically 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM dispatches). Requires flexibility for weekend and holiday rotations based on store volume.
Hiring Standards & Screening
- Experience Requirement: Minimum 3 months of verifiable CDL-A tractor-trailer experience in the last 36 months (3 years).
- Location: Must live within the Monroe hiring radius.
- Drug Screening: Mandatory clearance on pre-employment dual-panel hair follicle and urine toxicology tests.
