Practical dedicated freight and consistent customer routes give experienced CDL-A drivers steady weekday movement with reliable scheduling and dependable weekends at home. Rouse Trucking operates 350 trucks throughout the Northeast.
Weekly Earnings: $1,350 to $1,450 paid every Friday by direct deposit | Extra pay for detention, layovers, breakdowns, and transition time during your first weeks
Running Area: Regional lanes cover the Northeast and portions of the Midwest, with most runs averaging around 250 miles. Consistent customer freight helps keep the workweek moving while maintaining manageable trip lengths.
- Roughly half of all freight is drop and hook to help reduce time spent at docks
- All freight is no-touch, keeping loading and unloading responsibilities off the driver
Home Time: Monday through Friday schedule with Saturday and Sunday off | Drivers receive a dependable 48-hour weekend reset each week

Equipment: Each CDL-A driver receives assigned equipment maintained on schedule and equipped for comfort throughout the workweek. Climate-controlled sleeper space, entertainment, refrigeration, and power for personal electronics come standard.
Requirements:
- Valid CDL-A license and minimum one year of documented over-the-road experience
- Professional CDL-A drivers should be comfortable with consistent customer freight and weekday regional driving
