Compensation & Bonus Package

• Base Driving Rate: $0.85 to $0.88 CPM (based on experience)
• Trailer Unload Commission: $335 for every trailer you offload
• Backhaul Compensation: $30 per backhaul load
• Sign-On Incentive: $2,500 Total ($250 issued directly on your 1st dispatch)
• Paid Orientation: $150/day for 1 week of initial training

Freight Specs & Equipment

• Distance: Around 1,110 miles per week across 3 main loops out of the Ashley, IN terminal.
• Store Stops: 3 to 5 retail deliveries per dispatch load.
• Tractors: Late-model Freightliner, International, and Kenworth sleeper units.
• Hands-On Freight: 100% manual unloading—moving boxes piece-by-piece down roller chutes into store receiving rooms.

Work Schedule & Parking Mandate

• Home Time Routine: Frequent resets (get off-duty in your own bed 3 to 4 times a week, taking 10-hour breaks between runs).
• Shift Times: Early morning delivery slots require night driving dispatches.
• Truck Storage: Must park the truck in a secure location when off-duty (gated lot or camera-monitored facility required).

Candidate Requirements

• Driving History: At least 3 months of verified Class-A experience in the last 3 years (not open to trainees).
• Drug Screen: Must pass mandatory pre-employment hair follicle and urine drug tests.
• Credentials: Active CDL-A, valid DOT Medical Card, and a clean MVR.
