- Dedicated customer freight originating near Calvert, Alabama
- Home every weekend for a 34-hour reset
- Planned backhauls toward the next outbound load
- $5,000 sign-on bonus available to qualified drivers
A Consistent Flatbed Cycle
This position gives experienced steel haulers a defined freight cycle instead of relying entirely on changing open-deck freight. Drivers move dedicated stainless-steel loads outbound and then use available backhaul freight to stay productive while returning toward Alabama.
What Goes on the Trailer
Primary customer freight consists of smaller stainless-steel coils and flat stainless-steel sheets. Approximately 75% of outbound loads require tarping. Freight is primarily live loaded and live unloaded.
Backhauls can include lumber, insulation, or other flatbed freight selected to support efficient movement toward the next dedicated load.
