Driver-Friendly Flatbed Freight / Consistent Scheduling

  • $2,000 to $2,100 per week
  • Weekend 34-hour reset
  • Dedicated steel freight with planned return loads
  • Newer-model Kenworth T680 equipment

How Your Week Moves

Drivers begin with dedicated stainless-steel freight originating near Calvert, Alabama. After the outbound delivery, available backhaul freight is used to keep the truck productive while working toward the next customer load. The schedule is built around getting drivers home every weekend.

Flatbed Work

Smaller stainless-steel coils and flat stainless-steel sheets make up the primary outbound freight. Most freight is live loaded and live unloaded, with approximately 75% requiring tarping.

The account uses lighter six-foot drop tarps rather than larger traditional flatbed tarps. Tarp compensation is included within the overall account pay program.

Equipment Set Up for the Account

  • Assigned newer-model Kenworth T680
  • 2025 Extreme 48-foot flatbed trailer
  • 12 winches with straps
  • Two six-foot drop tarps

Drivers remain with the same trailer throughout the trip rather than operating a drop-and-hook trailer system.

Pay, Bonus and Getting Started

Earn $2,000 to $2,100 per week with a $5,000 sign-on bonus available to qualified drivers. Orientation runs Monday through Thursday and pays $100 per day.

Hotel accommodations, meals, and travel arrangements are provided for orientation.
