Main Yard / Starting Location Harrisonville, MO — account operates out of the Harrisonville DC (must live within 50 miles of 64701).

Pay Details

• $1,100 – $1,200 average weekly pay
• $0.49 to $0.60 CPM (scaled by experience)
• $650/week trainee rate during training
• Short-haul pay ($25) & stop pay ($10/$15)
• Safety performance bonuses

• 100% no-touch dry and refrigerated freight
• Primarily live store unloads
• Dispatches across the Kansas City metro area
• 7 solo seats available immediately

Shift Details

• Home daily
• Night-shift schedules
• Weekend rotations and holiday coverage based on retail volume

Job Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Open to Recent Grads (120+ school hours) OR Experienced Drivers (6 mos OTR in last 12 mos / 12 mos in past 5 yrs)
• Pass mandatory pre-employment hair follicle & urine drug tests
• Clean driving record & valid DOT Medical Card
• Personal transportation to/from the DC daily
