WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As a CDL A Driver for BICO Drilling Tools you will be responsible for the transportation of heavy equipment from our OKC District to our Casper, WY District. Routes will be done during the work week with some overnights required. Vehicle Operation: responsible for safely driving and maneuvering large vehicles, requiring a high level of skill and attention to road conditions, traffic laws, and vehicle dynamics. Pre-Trip and Post-Trip Inspections: Drivers responsible for performing routine inspections of their vehicle before and after trips to ensure everything is functioning properly. Loading and Unloading: responsible for securing loads properly to prevent shifting or damage during transit. Documentation: Keeping accurate records is crucial. Drivers responsible for managing and maintaining logbooks to document driving hours, mileage, and delivery details, complying with regulatory requirements. Compliance and Safety: drivers are responsible for adhering to federal, state, and local regulations related to driving hours, vehicle maintenance, and cargo safety. This includes compliance with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) guidelines. Emergency Handling: Drivers must be prepared to handle emergencies or unexpected situations, such as breakdowns, accidents, or hazard
