BSP Trans Inc has been providing the Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont areas with outstanding LTL transportation services since 1970. At BSP, our team consists of a six-terminal network across our coverage area to ensure swift deliveries for customers.
We have an immediate opening for our CDL A Driver 1st Shift position
Full Time – Mon thru Fri – 8:00 AM / 9:00 AM start based on business needs
New increased starting rate!
$34.00 per hour
What you will do on a typical shift:
- Operate vehicle in accordance with BSP Trans, Inc. safety procedures and operating standards, OSHA, DOT and local, state and federal laws
- Perform freight pick-ups and deliveries within the Maine and New Hampshire area in accordance with company standard of customer service and professionalism. Deliveries include both commercial and residential
- Effectively communicate with dispatch for route updates and stops and any delays that are impactful of the daily schedule
What you need at a minimum to succeed at BSP:
- CDL A with HazMat endorsement. If you do not have a Hazmat Endorsement, we will help you obtain it
- DOT Medical Card
- Minimum 1 year of verifiable tractor trailer Class A CDL experience
- Must successfully pass required DOT Drug Test and physical
- Clean Driving and Safety Record
- Must have a successful completion of a county level background check during onboarding
- Ability to exert physical effort in handling (pushing, pulling, lifting, etc.) objects of more than 75 lbs
