CDL-A Driver with HazMat (AM)

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused CDL A Driver with HazMat endorsements to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting hazardous materials and general freight safely and efficiently while adhering to DOT regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:

• Operate tractor-trailers for pick-up and delivery of freight, including hazardous materials.
• Ensure proper handling, securing, and transportation of hazardous materials.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including logs and freight manifests.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Valid CDL A license with HazMat (H) endorsement.
• Minimum of 2 years of verifiable CDL A driving experience.
• Clean driving record and strong knowledge of DOT regulations.
• Ability to safely load, unload, and transport freight.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
• Current HazMat (H) endorsement
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable CDL A driving experience
• Clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance standards
• Ability to safely operate tractor-trailers and handle hazardous materials
• Strong attention to detail and safety practices
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
• Physical ability to perform loading/unloading as required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Flexible schedule, including availability for regional or overnight routes (if applicable)
• Other duties as assigned by your manager.
