Practical freight flow and consistent weekly miles give experienced CDL-A drivers a straightforward regional schedule with productive weekday movement and dependable weekends at home. Rouse Trucking operates 350 trucks throughout the Northeast.

Weekly Earnings: $1,350 to $1,450 paid every Friday by direct deposit | Extra pay for detention, layovers, breakdowns, and transition time during your first weeks

Running Area: Regional lanes cover the Northeast and portions of the Midwest, with most runs averaging around 250 miles. The route setup supports consistent miles while keeping trip lengths manageable throughout the week.

• Roughly half of all freight is drop and hook to help reduce time spent at docks

• All freight is no-touch, keeping loading and unloading responsibilities off the driver

Home Time: Monday through Friday schedule with Saturday and Sunday off | Drivers receive a dependable 48-hour weekend reset each week

Your Truck:

• Assigned 2021-2024 Freightliner Cascadia with no slip seating

• Double bunks, SiriusXM, 24-inch HD TV, refrigerator, battery-powered APU, and 1,500-watt inverter

Equipment: Each CDL-A driver receives assigned equipment maintained on schedule and equipped for comfort throughout the workweek. Climate-controlled sleeper space, entertainment, refrigeration, and power for personal electronics come standard.

Requirements:

• Valid CDL-A license and minimum one year of documented over-the-road experience

• Professional CDL-A drivers should be comfortable with regional freight and consistent weekday driving
