Flatbed freight reliability and regional lane consistency provide experienced CDL-A drivers with an organized routine and dependable home time. Building materials, pipe, coils, and similar loads make up the freight, with routes operating primarily east of I-35.

Flatbed Freight & Pay

Drivers receive 70 CPM on loaded and empty miles, with weekly earnings of $1,675 to $1,775.

  • Additional $30 paid on every load

  • Tarping needed on approximately 3 out of 5 loads

  • $30 load pay applies whether tarping is required or not

  • $5,000 sign-on bonus for solo drivers

Regular tarping and load securement are part of the position, so previous hands-on flatbed experience is required.

  • Home every 7–14 days for a 34–48 hour reset

Truck & Trailer

Assigned equipment helps provide a familiar work environment from one load to the next.

  • Automatic and manual transmission options

  • 2024 48-foot spread-axle flatbed trailers

  • Trucks governed at 70 MPH

Drivers may take their assigned truck home when they have a safe place to park it. Regular maintenance supports reliable equipment operation.

Transition Pay & Driver Options

Transition pay is provided during the first few weeks while drivers become familiar with routes, scheduling, and dispatch operations.

One pet may ride along with no breed or weight restrictions, and cats are welcome. One passenger age 10 or older is permitted with the required liability form.
