CDL A Truck Driver – Local & Regional | $30/Hour | Indianapolis, IN

ITDS, Inc., a Cincinnati-based dedicated carrier, is now hiring a full-time CDL A Driver for a hybrid local and regional position based out of Indianapolis, IN.

Position Overview
This role offers a mix of local routes and Upper Peninsula (MI) runs, providing consistent hours, competitive pay, and a predictable Monday–Friday schedule.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• Local start time: 5:00–6:00 AM
• Tuesday–Thursday: Upper Peninsula of Michigan routes
• Monday & Friday: Local deliveries (seed and foliage products)

What You’ll Do

• Deliver customer orders safely and efficiently
• Handle primarily pre-loaded, palletized freight (99%)
• No pallet breakdown required
• Use an electric pallet jack
• Occasionally handle floor-loaded freight
• Lift up to 50 lbs as needed

Additional Opportunities

• Cross-training across multiple ITDS local accounts
• Opportunity to support other accounts during slower seasons
• Potential overnight routes 1–2 times per week

Pay & Benefits

• $30.00 per hour
• Overtime after 40 hours
• Guaranteed 40 hours/week
• Average 45–48 hours/week
• Overnight runs: hourly pay + $125 allowance

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL with 12 months of verifiable DOT tractor trailer experience.
• No more than 3 moving violations within the last 3 years; no more than 2 moving violations within the last 12 months
• No more than 1 serious traffic violation within the last 3 years
• No preventable collisions within the last 3 years involving: rearend; rollover; work/construction zone related/occurrence
