CDL-A Local Hazmat Driver – Otsego, MN

Pay Details & Schedule

• Average Annual Pay: $84,000
• Average Weekly Pay: Approximately $1,650
• Mileage Pay: $0.571 per mile
• Stop Pay: $22.50 per stop
• Sign-On Bonus: $5,000, with the first payment after 30 days
• Paid weekly
• Home daily, with five workdays and two consecutive days off
• Overnight dispatch times between 6:00 PM and 3:00 AM
• Schedule options: Sunday–Thursday, Monday–Friday, or Tuesday–Saturday
• Approximately 40–60 hours per week

Job Details

• Dedicated local auto parts delivery account
• Dry van trailers with new automatic day-cab tractors
• Deliveries include multi-stop routes and shuttle runs to Chicago and back
• Driver unload required at each stop using a liftgate and electric pallet jack
• Hazmat endorsement required; training is available, with the endorsement process to begin upon hire

Job Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years
• At least 22 years old
• Hazmat endorsement required, or willingness to initiate the endorsement process upon hire
• No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years, subject to restrictions
• No more than 1 DOT-recordable preventable accident in the past 3 years
• FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse profile required
• Must meet English language requirements for safe driving and required communication
• Valid DOT Medical Card
• No SAP drivers
• Must meet additional hiring qualifications
