CDL-A Local Driver – Home Daily | $1,100–$1,200 Weekly

We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a dedicated local retail delivery account based in Harrisonville, Missouri. Drivers deliver dry and refrigerated groceries and general merchandise to store locations, operating within approximately 250 miles of the terminal. Enjoy consistent freight, daily home time, and average weekly earnings of $1,100–$1,200.

Pay & Earnings

• Average weekly earnings: $1,100–$1,200
• Mileage pay based on experience:
• • 0 months: $0.49/mile
  • 3 months: $0.51/mile
  • 9 months: $0.52/mile
  • 12 months: $0.54/mile
  • 18 months: $0.55/mile
  • 24 months: $0.57/mile
  • 36 months: $0.60/mile
• Stop pay: $10 for the first stop and $15 for each additional stop
• Short-haul pay: $25 for loads under 50 miles
• Trainee pay: $650
• Performance safety bonus available for eligible drivers

Schedule & Home Time

• Home daily
• Night shift only
• Schedule options: Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday
• Weekend work required
• Holiday work required, including every holiday
• Some waiting time may occur during pickups or unloading

Freight & Equipment

• Dry and refrigerated trailers
• Grocery and general merchandise deliveries
• Mostly live unloads, with occasional drop-and-hook
• No-touch freight
• Approximately 1,100–1,400 miles per week
• Local and regional deliveries within a 250-mile radius

Driver Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Experienced drivers and trainees accepted
• Minimum 3 months of experience for experienced-seat applicants
• Must live within 50 miles of ZIP code 64701
• Must be available for night shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Must meet all applicable safety and driving requirements
