• Base Rate: $24.00
• Overtime Rate: $37.50/Hour (after 40)
• Average Weekly Compensation: $1,750
• Average Yearly Compensation: $91,000
• Type: Dry-van local coverage for a variety of dedicated customers in Wisconsin
• Experienced Drivers: 1.5-Day Orientation + $500 First-Load Bonus + $3,000 Sign-On Bonus
• In-Experienced Drivers: 1-Week Paid Orientation + 2-Weeks Paid On-the-Job Training
