CDL-A Local Truck Driver Dedicated

Home Time: Home daily | Pay: $1,900 to $2,000 per week

Get home every day while running dedicated local freight from the Perryville area. This CDL-A truck driver position combines a consistent customer account with daily home time and a night-shift schedule.

This is a hands-on driving position. Drivers are responsible for loading and unloading freight using an electric pallet jack. Applicants should be comfortable with the physical responsibilities of the account before applying.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay of $1,900 to $2,000 per week

• Home daily

• Approximately 1,600 miles per week

• Start times between 6 PM and 1 AM

• Operation runs 7 days per week with no set days off

• Mileage, availability and stop pay, plus safe and on-time bonus

Dedicated Local Freight

Drivers operate dedicated customer routes from the Perryville area and return home after their shift. Deliveries cover Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York, including Staten Island and Long Island. Freight handling is part of the position rather than a no-touch operation.

• Dedicated customer account

• Local delivery routes throughout PA, NJ and NY

• Approximately 10 to 20 stops per week

• Load and unload freight

• Electric pallet jack used for freight handling

CDL-A Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL

• Current DOT medical card

• Meet applicable tractor-trailer experience requirements

• Must live within 45 miles of Perryville, MD

• Comfortable with loading and unloading freight

• Must be able to pull up to 75 lbs.

• Reliable personal transportation required; trucks cannot be taken home

• Meet applicable driving and safety qualifications
