Drivers who prefer dependable no-touch freight and established lanes can expect consistent mileage, practical route planning, and a schedule designed to balance time on the road with planned days at home.

Driver Setup

Operate late-model Kenworth T680 tractors, four years old or newer, equipped with automatic transmissions, APUs, inverters, voice navigation, and in-cab fifth-wheel release. Equipment is assigned based on availability.

The Route

Freight includes a combination of dry van and refrigerated loads moving through established customer lanes. Drivers generally average 2,500 to 3,000 miles per week with no-touch freight that supports dependable weekly mileage.

Pay & Time Off

CDL-A truck drivers earn $1,400 to $1,550 per week based on experience and productivity. Guaranteed minimum pay begins after 30 days, helping provide additional income stability.

Drivers are eligible for quarterly raises tied to safety performance and productivity, and orientation is paid at $100 per day.

Home Time

This position includes six scheduled days off each month. Drivers may take those days together or divide them throughout the month based on personal preference and freight scheduling.
