Truck Driver Nation recruits CDL-A drivers for motor carriers with available OTR positions. We're currently reviewing experienced drivers for dry-van opportunities that may offer strong mileage availability, weekly pay, newer equipment, and additional compensation beyond your base mileage rate.

We review your experience, location, driving record, home-time needs, and operating preferences to determine which current opportunity may be the best fit.

Depending on the specific position for which you qualify, available opportunities may include:

• Up to $0.80 CPM

Specific tractor make, model, year, amenities, governed speed, and equipment availability are confirmed with the applicable motor carrier before placement.

HOME TIME

Home-time options vary by position.

Some current OTR opportunities may operate on schedules such as approximately two weeks on the road followed by scheduled home time.

Other schedules may be available depending on your location, the carrier's freight network, and operating requirements.

Exact home-time expectations should be confirmed before accepting a position.

DRIVER SUPPORT

Depending on the motor carrier and position, available support may include:

• 24/7 dispatch assistance

• ELD support

• Maintenance assistance

• Nationwide fuel-card networks

• Toll or bypass equipment

• Operational support while on the road

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants should generally have:

• Valid Class A CDL

• Approximately 2+ years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience

• Acceptable motor vehicle record

• Acceptable FMCSA Clearinghouse status

• Ability to satisfy applicable drug and alcohol testing requirements

Additional requirements may apply depending on the specific carrier and position.

Final qualification and hiring decisions are made by the motor carrier offering the position.

WHAT EXPERIENCED DRIVERS KNOW

A trucking job is more than the number printed next to CPM.

You need to know whether you're getting enough miles to make that rate matter.

You need to know whether loaded and empty miles are paid.

You need to know what happens when you're detained, whether the equipment is dependable, how long you're expected to stay out, where you're running, and whether the entire package makes sense for you.

That's why we review more than one number when matching qualified drivers with available opportunities.
