CDL-A OTR Truck Driver, Home Weekly

SHAMA EXPRESS, LLC is seeking experienced CDL-A OTR drivers to operate tractor-trailers throughout the Northeast. Drivers are responsible for completing assigned pickups and deliveries safely and on time, performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintaining accurate ELD and shipment records, communicating with dispatch, and complying with all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety requirements.
This is a 1099 independent contractor position with weekly home time, weekly direct deposit, and pay of up to $0.65 per mile for loaded and empty miles. Drivers receive newer, well-maintained equipment, dedicated dispatch support, and access to our in-house repair and maintenance shop.
• At least 21 years of age
• Verifiable CDL-A tractor-trailer driving experience
• Current DOT medical certification
• Qualified to operate a commercial vehicle in interstate commerce
• Ability to pass a DOT pre-employment drug screening
• “Not Prohibited” status in the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse
• Professional communication with dispatchers, customers, and company personnel

Requirements
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License• At least 21 years of age
