CDL-A Regional Driver | $103K–$132K Potential

We’re hiring solo CDL-A drivers for a dedicated Dollar Tree account based in Ridgefield, Washington.

Pay:

• Average: $1,989 per week ($103,475 annually)
• Top earners: $2,548 per week ($132,497 annually)
• Hourly pay based on experience:
• 0–48 months: $29–$30.50 per hour
• 49–200 months: $31 per hour
• Safe and on-time bonus available

Schedule:

• Home weekly with a 34-hour reset
• Day and night shifts available
• Days off vary based on freight needs
• Holiday schedules may offer less time off

Job Details:

• Dedicated Dollar Tree account
• Solo driving position
• Approximately 2–4 loads per week
• Around 3–4 stops per load
• Hand-unload trailers using rollers
• Dry freight only
• Regional routes through Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Utah, and Northern California
• Company equipment with 53-foot dry van trailers
• Drivers living more than 50 miles from Ridgefield must have a safe, authorized place to park the truck

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience
  
• No SAP Drivers

• DOT Medical card
  
• Able to work weekends
