Home Time: Home every other weekend (48-hour reset) | Pay: $1,450–$1,850 per week

Regional freight continuity and dependable scheduling give CDL-A truck drivers a practical combination of consistent earning opportunities, no-touch freight, and regular time at home. Weekly earnings range from $1,450–$1,850.

HWY Express is seeking experienced CDL-A truck drivers for established regional freight lanes. Drivers have a broad operating network to support productive miles while maintaining a predictable every-other-weekend home schedule.

Pay & Home Time

This position combines weekly CPM-based earnings with regularly scheduled home time.

• Earn $1,450–$1,850 per week with weekly direct deposit
• Receive a full 48-hour reset at home every other weekend

The schedule gives drivers dependable time away from the road without taking away from the mileage opportunities available during the weeks they are out.

Freight & Routes

Drivers operate primarily east of I-35 with occasional freight throughout all 48 states as needed. Regional freight provides familiar operating territory while the broader network creates additional opportunities when demand shifts.

Customers handle freight loading and unloading, allowing drivers to concentrate on driving and completing their runs.

Equipment

Drive 2021 or newer Freightliner or Kenworth tractors built for reliable over-the-road operation. Modern equipment supports driver comfort and dependable performance throughout the workweek.

Benefits and Driver Extras

Medical, dental, and vision insurance is available after 30 days of employment. Additional benefits include a 401(k) with a 4% company match after 6 months, $300 for the 3-day orientation, and driver referral bonus opportunities.

Driver Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license
• Minimum 3 months of tractor-trailer experience within the last 36 months; regional or local experience counts
