Rouse Trucking is hiring CDL-A truck drivers for regional freight demand, organized route planning, and weekly home time that helps support productive miles and dependable scheduling throughout the week.
Pay & Home Time:

Weekly pay $1,500 to $1,600

6 full days home every month with scheduling flexibility

Additional compensation for stops, breakdowns, detention, layover, and clean inspection bonuses
Your Truck:
Late-model Peterbilt 579s equipped with SiriusXM, inverters, TV mounts, refrigerators, and Espar bunk heaters.

Your assigned Peterbilt is designed to provide a consistent driving experience from week to week. Regular maintenance helps reduce downtime while supporting dependable regional operations and organized route scheduling.
Transition Pay:
When you start, you'll receive transition pay during your first few weeks while getting familiar with routes, scheduling flow, and dispatch operations.
We know it takes time to settle into a new operation, and the transition period is designed to help drivers stay productive while learning the lanes and freight patterns.
Getting Started:
Orientation covers what you need to know for our CDL-A truck drivers. We cover your hotel, travel expenses, and meals.

What We Need From You:
A valid CDL-A license and at least 1 year of verified over-the-road experience. We're hiring CDL-A truck drivers who take the work seriously and show up ready to do the job right.
