Balanced regional freight and practical scheduling consistency give experienced CDL-A drivers steady weekday work with reliable freight movement and a predictable weekend reset. Rouse Trucking operates 350 trucks throughout the Northeast.
Weekly Earnings: $1,350 to $1,450 with direct deposit every Friday | Additional pay for detention, layovers, breakdowns, and transition time during your first weeks
Running Area: Drivers run regional lanes across the Northeast and portions of the Midwest. Most trips average around 250 miles, providing a practical combination of consistent freight movement and manageable time on the road.

Home Time: Monday through Friday driving schedule with Saturday and Sunday off | Drivers receive a consistent 48-hour reset at home each weekend

Equipment: Assigned Freightliner Cascadias are maintained on schedule and equipped for comfort during regional operations. Climate-controlled sleeper space, refrigeration, entertainment, and power for personal electronics are standard.
Requirements:

Valid CDL-A with at least one year of documented over-the-road driving experience

Experienced CDL-A drivers should be comfortable with regional freight and a consistent Monday through Friday schedule
