South Gate Regional Intermodal Driver – California & Nevada Lanes

Tired of unpredictable miles and being stuck out on the road when you should be with your family? We are bringing on dedicated drivers for a high-paying regional intermodal run based right out of the railyard in South Gate, CA, servicing customers across CA, NV, UT, TX, and AZ (with a heavy focus on California and Nevada).

  • The Financials: Clear an estimated $1,538+ weekly (averaging $80,000+ yearly) backed by an $18/hour base, mileage pay scaling from $0.59 to $0.66 CPM (with annual 0.5¢ bumps), $24 per drop & hook, $41 per live load/unload, hourly detention pay, optional Hazmat reimbursement, and a massive $5,000 sign-on bonus to kick things off!
  • The Rig & Yard Access: Start out with local training right at the South Gate ramp (you'll need reliable transportation just for training). Once you finish up, you’ll get assigned your own take-home automatic sleeper truck.
  • The Clock & Rest Cycle: Work a Sunday through Thursday schedule with early morning starts between 3:00 AM and 5:00 AM. Expect 10 to 12-hour workdays, and enjoy getting home every single week. Plus, you'll pull in comprehensive benefits like day-one PTO, a 401(k) match, health coverage after 30 days, $230/day holiday pay, and on-site support.
  • The Cargo & Lanes: Pull roughly 1,700 miles a week combining live loads/unloads and drop-and-hooks. It's mostly no-touch freight moving loaded and empty containers to and from the yard.
  • The Prerequisites: Bring at least 3 months of recent tractor-trailer experience within the past 36 months alongside a clean compliance screening (DOT physical, urine drug screen, and hair follicle drug test).

Stop settling for uncertain runs—hit apply right now and lock down your intermodal seat!
