  • Driver receives yearly $0.01 CPM increases until reaching a maximum of $0.63 CPM
  • Additional pay progression is based on the account's CPM structure

Job Details

  • Miles: Approximately 2,365/week
  • Deliver fresh and frozen products in reefer trailers
  • Freight originates from the Gilroy, CA DC
  • Primary distribution centers include Ridgefield, WA; Centralia, WA; Stockton, CA; and Riverside, CA
  • Typical route sequence:
    • Gilroy → Ridgefield
    • Ridgefield → Centralia
    • Centralia → Stockton
    • Stockton → Gilroy
    • Gilroy → Riverside → Gilroy
  • Routes to other DCs may be required as needed
  • Combination of drop/hook and customer live load/unload
  • No-touch freight

Shift Details

  • Monday-Friday
  • Start times: 11:00 AM-2:00 PM
  • Approximately 13-hour workdays
  • Average 2-3 layovers per week
  • Holidays may be required

Job Requirements

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Minimum 3 months of truck driving experience
  • Must be willing and able to chain as weather dictates
  • Ability to assist other JBI/DCS accounts as needed
