Universal Logistics is hiring CDL-A Shuttle Drivers for local, home daily positions in the Allentown, PA area! Join a growing company offering steady work, competitive pay, and consistent schedules.
Terminal Location:
8801 Congdon Hill Dr
Alburtis, PA 18011
Available Shifts:
- Mid Shift: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Position Details:
- Local home daily shuttle runs
- No-touch freight
- Dedicated route: terminal to Mack plant and back
- Approximately 4 miles each way
- Typical 8-hour shifts, with occasional 9–10 hour days during busy periods
- Reliable, steady work environment
Pay & Benefits:
- Mid Shift: $25/hour
- 2nd Shift: $25.50/hour
- $1 yearly pay increase for the first 5 years
- Overtime opportunities available
- Full-time position
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Safe and reliable work history
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to work occasional extended hours as needed
