CDL-A Regional Driver | Sam's South Texas - Houston

Pay Details & Schedule

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,300
• Minimum Daily Pay: $220
• Additional mileage-based performance bonus opportunities
• Bonus mileage thresholds: 1,700, 1,800, 1,900, and 2,000 miles
• Schedule: 6 days on, 2 days off
• Home weekly; Day and night shifts available
• Some holiday work required as needed
• Runs follow Texas Hours of Service regulations.

Job Details

• Regional dry van operation serving Texas only
• Routes include Houston, San Antonio, Laredo, McAllen, Brownsville, and Harlingen
• Approximately 250-mile operating area
• Approximately 1,300 weekly miles
• No-touch freight
• Varied customers; this is not a dedicated account
• Freight includes drop-and-hook, live loads, live unloads, and preloaded trailers
• No short-haul pay

Job Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 6 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
• Clean driving record; No SAP drivers
• Valid DOT Medical Card
• Must be available for a 6-days-on, 2-days-off schedule.
• Must be willing to work some holidays as needed.
• Hazmat endorsement preferred, but not required.
