Schedule: Wednesday - Sunday OR Friday - Tuesday

Start time: Between 10 pm and midnight

Running area: IN, OH, KY and MI. - HOME DAILY

NO SAP DRIVERS ON THIS ACCOUNT

No more than 3 moving violations the past 3 years in any vehicle None of the following; Careless or reckless driving in previous 3 years Cell phone violations in the previous 3 years Improper or erratic lane change in the previous 3 years Following too close in the previous 3 years Violating State or local law relating to motor vehicle traffic control (other than a parking violation) arising in connection with a fatal accident Driving a CMV without a CDL or CLP Driving a CMV without the proper class of CLP or CDL and/or endorsements for the specific vehicle group being operated or for the passengers or type of cargo being transported Violations concerning railroad crossings while driving a CMV * No speeding 15 mph or more over posted speed limit in the last year in any vehicle NO terminations for safety in the last year

No multiple license suspensions, downgrades, withdrawals in the last 3 years.
