This is a full-time, local, home-daily CDL position with consistent hours and regular overtime. Drivers typically work 50–60 hours per week.

SCHEDULE
Normal start time is 5:30 AM, Monday through Friday. Overtime is a regular and expected part of this position, with drivers typically working 50–60 hours per week. Occasional weekend work may be required.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Safely operate a roll-off truck to deliver, remove, exchange, and relocate containers at commercial, industrial, and construction sites.
• Transport containers to landfills, transfer stations, recycling facilities, and other designated locations.
• Operate roll-off hoist, hydraulic, cable or hooklift equipment as applicable.
• Perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report equipment or safety concerns.
• Evaluate service locations for safe access, clearance, ground conditions, overhead power lines, and other hazards.
• Inspect containers for overloading, prohibited materials, damage, or other unsafe conditions.
• Properly tarp and secure containers, loads, doors, and related equipment before transport.
• Safely back and maneuver at construction sites, customer locations, disposal facilities, and other confined or congested areas.
• Follow dispatch instructions and communicate service issues, delays, blocked containers, or unsafe conditions.
• Complete required work orders, inspection reports, and disposal documentation.
• Provide professional and courteous service to customers.
• Work outdoors in normal rain, heat, cold, and other weather conditions. Drivers are not expected to operate when weather or site conditions make the work unsafe.
