Production Operator

Position Schedule
Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:00pm
Position Duties
- What You'll Do
- Transporting Product:
Safely drive CNG trucks and trailers to various warehouse locations throughout the Ohio Region, ensuring timely delivery and pick-up of products. - Local Shuttling:
Transport product to and from production warehouses, following designated routes and schedules. - Pre- and Post-Trip Inspections:
Conduct daily pre- and post-trip inspections of all vehicles and trailers using Geotab to ensure equipment is in proper working condition. - Equipment Maintenance:
Communicate any necessary repairs to the Fleet Manager to ensure equipment compliance with company standards, food safety requirements, and applicable laws. - Safety Compliance:
Adhere to all AIB, BRC Standards, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain a safe work environment. - Regulatory Compliance:
Maintain a current knowledge of and comply with CDL, DOT, and all company/plant-specific safety and operational standards. - Training:
Complete monthly CNG cornerstone training to stay updated on safety and operational procedures.

Position Qualifications
- Current and Valid Class A License & Medical Card
- Pass all DOT requirements to drive and pass CNG road test
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 55 pounds
- Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
