Looking for a CDL driving job without long-haul routes, overnight travel, or dealing with the general public?
Innovative Transportation Solutions is hiring Class A and Class B CDL drivers to transport construction crews at our Claude, Texas location, just 30 minutes outside Amarillo.
Don't have your Passenger (P) Endorsement? We can help you get it! Training Available!
We offer Passenger Endorsement training for qualified CDL holders. Drivers who already have the required Passenger and Air Brake qualifications can skip training and begin working at $24/hour.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Safely operate shuttle buses transporting construction workers
Follow designated routes and schedules throughout the project site
Perform required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
Follow DOT regulations and construction-site safety procedures
Maintain safe, dependable transportation for project personnel
REQUIREMENTS
Valid Class A or Class B CDL
Air Brake qualification required
Passenger (P) Endorsement preferred – training available for qualified applicants
Must be 23 years of age or older
Safe driving record
Ability to pass required background screening, drug testing, and DOT medical requirements
Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
Ability to communicate effectively in English for job-related safety instructions
Important: Housing and transportation to the Claude/Amarillo area are the driver's responsibility. Company-provided housing is not available at this location.
